Returns & Exchanges

All GreenLeafPumps products come with an industry-leading 24-month warranty. We were the first in the market to offer this comprehensive coverage. If your pump is found to be faulty or defective due to manufacturing issues, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible at no cost to you.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, your pump must be used according to the provided instructions and for its intended purpose. The pump must not have been modified or damaged through misuse. You'll need the receipt or order confirmation email to process warranty claims.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us directly via the Contact Us Page or reach out to our location at 6 Macaulay Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland 1021, New Zealand. Our technical support team will assess the issue and provide guidance on the next steps.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the pump to us. We will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims. Once we receive and inspect your pump, we will either repair it or send a replacement. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days once we receive the pump. For urgent situations, we may be able to expedite the process - please let us know your requirements when making the claim.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/s. We may need a photo of the defects to help with possible returns or exchanges.

Custom engraved rings or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept exchanges or provide refunds on sale items, gift cards, or custom engraved rings.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your pump and let you know if the warranty claim was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved and processed your warranty claim, please contact us at sales@greenleafpumps.co.nz.
