1. About GreenLeaf Pumps

GreenLeaf Pumps is a plumber-owned New Zealand company specialising in residential macerator pumps and wastewater solutions for homes, tiny houses, cabins, garage conversions, and off-grid living. Our products and services are intended for personal, domestic, or household use. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer protection laws.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to:

  • Use our products for residential wastewater applications only and in accordance with our installation guidelines
  • Provide accurate information when placing orders, requesting technical advice, or scheduling support
  • Ensure all electrical and plumbing work is completed by qualified professionals where required by New Zealand law
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes

3. Ordering and Pricing

Pricing:

  • All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable
  • Free nationwide shipping is included on every macerator pump order
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors prior to order confirmation

Orders:

  • Orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, and product availability
  • Payment in full is required before dispatch
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout
  • We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the order is incomplete, or the intended use is outside our residential scope

4. Residential Use and Installation Requirements

  • GreenLeaf Pumps products are designed for residential wastewater installations only. Commercial or industrial use may void warranty coverage.
  • Installation must follow the product manual and any instructions provided by our technical support team.
  • Electrical connections and compliance with local building codes remain the responsibility of the homeowner or installer.
  • Please contact us before installation if you have questions about suitability for your space or fixtures.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free nationwide shipping is included with every macerator pump order.
  • We provide estimated delivery timeframes; actual delivery may vary based on courier availability and location.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
  • We will notify you if delays occur and work with our shipping partners to resolve issues promptly.

6. Warranty and Support

  • All GreenLeaf macerator pumps include a 24-month residential warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, foreign object damage, or wear-and-tear consumables.
  • Technical support is available seven days a week for troubleshooting, installation guidance, and maintenance advice.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase, installation details, and a description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs, logos, product descriptions, and technical resources, is owned by GreenLeaf Pumps and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
